Make-up lessons (rescheduling)
Lessons can only be rescheduled for the following reasons. Make-ups lessons can be provided due to emergencies requiring cancellation and will be determined on a case-by case basis.
- I can not provide the lesson
- I am late to a lesson
- I have been notified 24 hours in advance of the lesson
- The event of inclement weather
The lesson will always end at the scheduled time regardless if the student is late to the lesson. This will be determined on a case-by case basis at my discretion.
5 Week Months
During a 5 week month, the 5th lesson is optional and not eligible for make-up or reschedule
Permanently scheduling a new time for a lesson
If you would like to permanently reschedule a lesson for a different time of day or different time of the week you may do so. The new lesson time will take effect the week following approval of your request to reschedule permanently.
Payment for lessons and invoicing
On the first lesson of the month, you will receive an invoice for all lessons requested. Pricing models for lessons can be found here. You will have 7 days or until the next lesson to pay the invoice in full. If you cannot pay the invoice in full please contact me at info@miol.us and I will be able to work out a payment plan with you based on your specific needs.
If the invoice is not paid in full and no request for a payment plan has been made within 7 days, I reserve the right to cancel some or all future lessons without notice. Price changes won’t affect lessons already paid for.
Permanently cancelling lessons
If you would like to stop lessons, I must be notified one month (4 weeks) in advance.
ex. if you would like to stop lessons on the week of June 13th, you must notify by the week of May 13th.
Requests for refunds will not honored in any case for any reason. Exceptions will be determined on a case-by case basis at my discretion.
I reserve the right to change these terms and pricing at any time. A notification will be sent to all customers if it is decided to change any terms.
